Class Schedule

Small Group PT

Our Small Group PT gives you the structure and results of personal training with the energy of a small team. You’ll work in a group of 3–6 people, following a tailored program with close coaching, progress tracking, and a motivating atmosphere — perfect for staying accountable and making real progress.
