Meet the team
I'm the co-founder of Thrive Health & Fitness and bring over 15 years of experience in coaching, personal training and developing performance programs for individuals, small groups and sports teams.
My journey began as a rugby player, where I developed a deep understanding of teamwork, discipline, and physical performance. These are the values that continue to guide my coaching philosophy today.
At Thrive, I’m passionate about helping people move better, build strength and develop the confidence to perform at their best, both in sport and everyday life.
Whether you're new to training or looking to take your performance to the next level, my goal is to support you with practical, results-driven coaching that fits your lifestyle.
