We work with people of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes — with a focus on long-term results and sustainable progress.

Chris Cadwell

Aaron McNally

Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from DCU, along with diplomas in Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training from Setanta College. His passion for fitness began through GAA at a young age, and growing up around gym environments, he always knew this was the path he wanted to follow. He now has over 6 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
